Corporate Gifting Guide for Dubai Businesses

Corporate gifting works best as a plan, not a last-minute purchase. Whether you are thanking clients at Diwali or recognising a team, the same few questions apply. This guide uses the current Diwali hampers as worked examples and flags what still needs to be confirmed.

Build the recipient list first

Start with names and categories: key clients, partners, suppliers, new contacts and employees. Mark who should receive a more considered gift and who should receive a standard one. A clear list shows your real quantity and prevents budget surprises later.

Set a budget per tier

Two or three tiers are usually enough. As an illustration using listed Diwali prices, a standard tier might look at Neel Darbar (AED 115) or Noor-e-Mehfil (AED 120), a mid tier at Gulistan Royale (AED 170) or Maharani Shagun (AED 175), and a senior tier at Sunheri Royale (AED 190), Jamuni Jashn (AED 200) or Mor Mahal (AED 200).

These are examples, not recommendations for your business. Multiply price by quantity for a rough figure, and remember that bulk terms are not published. Ask Priyanka what applies to your order.

Read what is inside

Compare contents as carefully as price. Maharani Shagun lists a German silver basket, cashew, almond, paan shots, a diya and a flower bunch. Mor Mahal lists four 150 g items with no festive objects. A client who celebrates Diwali may enjoy the diya and Subh Labh in Sunheri Royale, while a more formal relationship may suit a simpler contents list.

Consider dietary and cultural needs

Dubai teams and client lists are international. Items here include nuts, paan shots and chocolates or truffle balls depending on the hamper. The listings do not claim allergy suitability, so ask for confirmation in writing where it matters, and consider whether a festive hamper fits each recipient.

What to confirm in your enquiry

Send the number of recipients, your tiers, the hampers you are considering and your target date. Then ask about availability, branding or card options, packaging, bulk terms and delivery arrangements across Dubai and the UAE. None of these is promised on the website, so wait for Priyanka to confirm each one.

Allow time for questions and revisions. Planning early gives you more choice, though no timeline is guaranteed until it is confirmed with you. A WhatsApp message starts a conversation. It does not place an order.

Reviewing and following up

After the first order, keep a simple record: who received what, at which tier, and what the response was. Next year, that record saves hours and lets you adjust the plan with real information rather than memory.

Internally, share a one-page summary with finance and the people handling relationships: the hampers chosen, the quantities, the price per tier and the questions still awaiting confirmation. That avoids the common problem of a plan that has been approved on assumptions that were never checked.

Treat every unconfirmed item, whether branding, packaging, bulk terms or delivery, as open until Priyanka has answered in writing. A clear open-items list is the quickest way to move from a rough idea to a confident plan.

Also note which recipients are most likely to share the gift with others, such as a team leader taking a hamper into a meeting room. Those recipients may value a hamper with more to share, and the contents lists will help you judge portions. Keep that thought in mind while comparing, and ask about anything the listing does not state.
